Maybe just a little timely reminder for people to keep their feet on the ground.
A few were becoming instant millionaires, popping champagne and selling options to receive CRML shares by last years end. Vote still hasn’t even been approved yet, so goodness knows how the EUR board can devise a strategy for the CRML shares they may eventually own.
So a few getting a little carried away. There are no guarantees.
Should this be a delay as many feel, it is not a great look for any company to have it discussed on HC platforms before shareholders receive an official announcement.
Poor form, unfair for holders and not a great look as there should be a process in place for this not to happen in future regardless of whether this is Sizzle’s domain or not.
If there is a delay, then EUR still would have been privy to this.
Time will tell if there is any reason for yesterdays drop in SP.
Confident things will eventually go to plan, but as for finance, I doubt there will any direct cash (as distinct from conditional) thrown at this before the confidence and security of a NASDAQ listing.
