Mate you sounds like you haven't invested for very long. There are many many companies making nothing but losses that have billion$+ valuations. The market is forward looking and regardless of whether they have cash in the bank the market will be looking at revenue, expenses, IRR, growth etc etc and we will be priced on that, not whether we just stack cash into the accounts. Your claims of waiting 5 years for a ROI are as naive as they come.

My personal preference was for a sale of land to monetise but clearly conditions were not favourable for this. And so now we have a drill strategy that, whilst delaying gratification markedly, will undoubtedly deliver value and coincident SP increase over time (if there are no major deleterious events).
