Moly Corps Mountain Pass "mine to magnets" program will be the real kicker, not sure on timelines but they have signed up a Canadian Nd magnet maker to take their Nd.
Lynas still pouring concrete in WA, and Malaysia still expecting to feed the plant next September, so China has its own way for a while yet, but it wont last for ever.
