Left out Vitamin D from 40 minutes exercise in the sun. Sardines best source of Omega 3 oils for the price. Famred salmon much lower in Omega 3 oils. Maybe the doc(sic) can be of use here.....
Covid itself causes many micro blood clots throughout the body so a harder one than normal to sort out cause and effect. Partly why some people cop long Covid.
