Why do you continue to be a shareholder if you have such a negative view of the company and management?
Especially if you believe the shares will go to 10c.
IMO the company is extremely undervalued, simply the cash is $75-80m. Opportunities like this don't come around very often.
Don't forget that the CEO owns a large percentage of the company so his interests are aligned to all shareholders.
