i just hope a big fish sorts this matter out next time they have contact with the office. i totally agree with what ur saying highlanda. it really is the time for some improved professionalism in that area and a clear line in the sand. i dont think any repeat performances of what u just said highlanda about ur email enquiry would be acceptable by anyone especially given we just headed into the black on the P&L.
