"The MOU has an initial term until year-end 2023 to enable the negotiation of Definitive Agreements and can be extended by mutual agreement."
It will be interesting to see the development of this in the new year now, seeing as though the MOU has now ended at end of 2023. Expecting news of it either being extended or the Definitive Agreements and terms being decided upon.
