After telling J that "we found it, just not on our land", then just finding a whole bunch of rock and sand, he didn't have much to say I suppose.
Sort of like how he just went quiet when the whole lease mining of Productora idea went tits up.
Now we are supposed to be getting ourselves in a tizz about a water business? Don't hold your breath waiting for that to develop into anything more than words.
