    Thanks @geffa9, yes a year or so ago I was doing ok but got a bit crazy, I think the rush went to my head, and i took my eye off the ball and got a bit reckless.
    Losses aside I feel I've been dealt a pretty good hand in life so it's just a matter of priorities.
