I'm happy for the market to do it at the moment. Obviously the speculators are having an influence this morning but anything the market can add for "free" is fine by me.

Considering DC's strategy thus far in controlling info , I'm comfortable in letting it play out. Now that the election is behind us ( I'm assuming that's what was holding STO up ) , I don't think we'll have to wait too long. The only roadblock I can see is Peter Garrett's decision in Oct but regardless of what it is , it doesn't look like it's affecting STO's plans.
