I agree about the bubble thing, but PEK really haven't seen either bubble yet. They have a cap around $30M, and some SFR nearology plays have hit $100m on that alone.
ARU have a market cap of approx $300M (and a valuation near $1B), and they are talking about 2013 for a mine. Have a look at the comparision between ARU and PEK I did a few weeks back.
