With the effort put in by Zhaojin Capital, I cant see them simply walking away when the offer is not taken up by Extension Date.
Their ONLY option will be to UP "The Offer" and that should be considerably more realistic than their current "offer".
The Valuations (several of them) should see a NEW offer in that range -- Over 80c
