I don't think I've seen that report. I'll have a read and see if I can improve my model with a bit of tweaking.
One thing that does seem to make a massive difference to valuation is crunching numbers on a RESERVE basis rather than a RESOURCE basis.
AAG's London preso indicated a reserve statement might not be far off. I used 250k ounces as a guess. Anything more than this will set AAG alight IMO. Anything less doesn't affect the numbers overwhelmingly.
I can see only significant upside from current share price.
