I told you to go and ask SYA BoD ... so JB ... whether or not a Shareholder Agreement exists ... and while you're at it ask what is the minimum percentage required for special resolutions to be approved. Laughable to think they will send you a copy but at least they will confirm it and the structure. YOU ARE LATE TO THE PARTY ...
