your whole doomsday commentary is based on this 30c offer, yet this offer is by a single holder wanting to exit. He/She has their reasons but how you attribute one persons opinion to a doomsday analysis is beyond illogical.

In doing so you fail to acknowledge facts
1) AVZ wont its preliminary case against Dathomir nullifying the court case against Graeme Johnson and also the dissolution of the JV
2) AVZ is awaiting preliminary outcomes from ICSID which will preserve the status qou on ownership and stop work in monano
3) in a weeks time AVZ will also finalise its court case against Zinjin, a court case where Zinjin has already exited the southern acerage in favour of the north.

at the end of these court cases all that remains is a decision by the DRC to either stop work in favour of chinese and corruption, or to move at speed with a MOU with AVZ.

Neither of these factual developments indicate AVZ is on its last legs.

all you have in your argument is a 30c offer which you have no idea is real or why... All we can tell is someone exits at 30c and someone buys at 30c. A simple transaction between two people and not at all reflective of market value.

Rather than attack facts, why not contribute some new facts..
