This just goes to show how incompetent government is.

First they muff the test results, and blame the Company for something which didn't even exist. When there's a dispute, the lab monkey responsible isn't even disciplined, and the Government takes 6 weeks to admit it got it wrong - but they don't admit it publicly.

Then some dizzy woman claims "below detection limits" is still too high, and stirs the crazies and hippies up. Apparently, proof of absence of something is not absence of proof anymore - what is this, homeopathy?

Then the government can't even give the all clear on tissue samples for the farmers so they can sell their cattle.

If this has proved anything it is that the government is a complete joke. In my opinion, the farmers and CXY and all CSG companies should run a campaign in the upcoming election for competent government - not some disastrous clown show run by idiots and spivs.

Both farming and mining suffer from this atrocious balls-up, and the government just hopes the bad PR sticks to the miners and not itself.
