Landau plant is out of operation from early months of last year. Vulcan went ahead with LEOP knowing this fact. They clearly mentioned that they can work with natural flow rate of the well and if not transporting brine from Insheim by trucks till it is repaired. Landau's importance to vulcan is to get small quantities of brine only for LEOP operation. LEOP operation doesn't require commercial quantities. LEOP is small demo plant which is 1:50 scale. LEOP intended use is not commercial lithium production. It's intentions are clearly mentioned.For commercial production vulcan is drilling their own wells. Look at recent vulcan job offers for more info.. vulcan will have their own geothermal power plant. Also Landau gave the key land parcel for vulcan to its plant.
Anymore doubts...
ah vulcan has already started financing and last I heard directly from Francis just couple of weeks ago that LEOP plant is going, "so far so good"
