I have been holding TLG shares from when it was 23 cents.
While borrowing and lending of stock is in itself not an issue, i believe short selling should be banned as it is(IMHO) market manipulation. The SP movement caused by shorting, bears no relevance to the Company’s performance and is therefore completely misleading for most retail investors.
TLG is de-risked to 98.2%. The Swedish judiciary needs to be more sensitive to the Commercial impact of the delay in deciding and announcing the leave to appeal decision.
