Looks like MTS have hired someone with the bandwidth & market credibility to front an IPO of Metcash hardware (IHG, MITRE10 & TotalTools), and permit crystallisation of the wonderful shareholder value that has been created over the past five or so years by Laidlaw (ex MITRE10 CEO) Welsh ( current IHG/MITRE10 CEO) and Dumbrell (TTH CEO).
