How eff'ingg hard is it Andre to get these simple things right? How many directors are there to keep a track of? It is not that hard but it takes a bit of organizing and discipline, two traits seemingly absent in AIS management at the moment.
Having been a company secretary for a listed ASX entity I find this type of error a reflection of the poor management within AIS.
Time to resign Andre, you have lost focus and basic management control.
