Absolutely it’s in play but hasn’t happened yet. SP could go down to 10 cents tomorrow and it would still be in play as when you’re dealing with a 50 and a 200 day exponential average, then it takes a while to turn those ships around.
I’m not booted up at the moment so can’t display it but have a look at the chart I posted over the weekend of the BIO sector which recently witnessed a “GC” . It crossed and expanded even on red candles!
