The Automic portal now shows my holdings as 0: my latest transaction for SplitIt in the Automic portal is "CHESS to Issuer Sponsored conversion" of my total share holding and a closing balance of 0.

I'm confused how both the letter and the portal show a transaction of "CHESS to Issuer Sponsored conversion", but the portal shows a closing balance of 0 and the printed, mailed Holding Statement shows something different.

I'll make sure I keep the holding statement as instructed - I expect at some point I'll need to cite that to Primary Markets to make the SPT holding appear in my account there.

I also received this letter (even though I have setup in automic setting as receiving emails only). There are two pages, the second page has a new SRN number on it for the transfer of shares on 19 Dec. I logged into my Automic account and went to my portfolio page. It was showing my SPT portfolio as 0 as well. There was an option (button) towards the bottom of the screen to add a new SRN number which I did using the new number on the letter. Within a couple minutes there was a new notification and my portfolio was updated showing the correct balance. Happy days ... this info was not emailed, so keep an eye on your mailbox...
