I'm glad that's been sorted @Paddywagon1982 ... so you are "all hat and no cattle" then ... all this bravado about how you are going to formally write to SYA to get a copy of the Shareholder Agreement ... just BS then is it. BTW hope KP tells you where to stick it given you aren't even a shareholder of PLL and you/your of brothers have said such nice things about him. You follow PLL for a number of years - yeah right - you know jack about PLL.

When you get your reply from JB what will you do - post it on HC SYA thread for hundreds of likes - will that make you feel better ... did you not at least watch/listen to the most recent SYA AGM? I'm looking forward to seeing that post.

What makes you think there are "onerous conditions against SYQ" in the Shareholder Agreement for the governance of SYQ that the equity owners of SYQ agreed upon? While you're at it, why not ask about how the incorporated (but not listed) JV that is SYQ operates. You know the financials. Where/when the cash comes from, how it is spent, what has to happen for a distribution to equity partners to occur, .... all those sorts of things.

Will this be another epiphany doing your head in? You are well and truly immersed within the "Shareholder Agency" problem. You simply don't believe that the mgmt of SYA (lets say JB in particular) acts in your best interests (an individual SYA shareholder and not a PLL shareholder) something particularly obvious on that forum. Interestingly, that agency problem hasn't manifested itself on this forum.Must be due to the leadership of the company and the managers employed - yes?



Go home. Leave the running of companies to those directors which shareholders voted in and the managers they hired. If you have doubts about your investment then ask appropriate questions by all means. If its important to you as a "keyboard warrior" to publicly share your emails go ahead. It's not mine.

Oh and you're welcome to ask and I'm happy for James Brown (as a Director of Sayona) to confirm that he has had dialogue with a shareholder of SYA on this subject matter (Shareholder Agreement) - I'll waive the expectation of privacy in just that regard - I've already given you the dates of my email to James and his reply to me. That should clear the air for your claim "A certain poster here says he obtained information from JB in that respect" ... just another thing to add to the list of things you are wrong about. But I doubt you will do that.
