Thankyou for you time to read this corrpespondence which I trust is supported by many investors in addition to the millions of Ausralians now suffering from cost of living. Gas and energy prices in general are significant contributors to the dramtic increase in the cost of living. Moreover, all businesses, are experiencing significant financial pressure due to a many factors, inparticular the high and rising cost of ebergy and gas.

As has been highlighted and detailed by many, Natural Gas is the essential tranisional fuel.
Without a reliable and affordable Natural Gas supply, Australia looses the opportunity to transition to renewable energy. Imprortantly we will fail to take advantage of the opportunity for Australia to become a renewable energy power house.

As you are aware, the PEP-11 exploration project has the very real potential to supply the Austalian doemstic gas market for decades. The permit is for one drill, 26 kilometres off the coast of NSW. Most people will now be aware of the drill. I would encourage you to consider the alternate renewable energy projects designated for this region. A wind farm would be large, visually intrusive and wouldd not doubt have a significant imact on marine and bird life.

PEP-11 is a safe, economic opportunity to supply the Australian market with potentailly decades of this critical transitional energy.

We respectfully encourage that you conside approving the PEP-11 permit as soon as practical.
