What about costings and Labors already squeezed budget?
This is a ridiculous proposal from the point of who is taking responsibility for where our finances end up.
And there Bob stood harping on about being economically responsible. One must now ask what part of Labors spend-a-thon will they block to make available the funds ... a train line perhaps or will they go for more debt?
