You might be a day late and a dollar short in trying to convince the shareholder to do as you have suggested. I tried my very best to point out the absurdity of these free handouts two or three years ago, and a couple of posters on this thread tried to run me out of town for pointing this out. I agree that we need to do something now. If the directors and their associates can achieve a 75% holding in AZL then it may be game over for us little folk.
