"Manipulation of our stock price" Again where is your evidence for such a remark? LTR is reacting to the decline in the SC6 price. This is to be expected because as the SC6 price declines so does the FCF and hence the value of the business. So is it manipulation when SC6 rises and LTR's share price along with it?
Investors go long or short depending on their view of market & technical fundamentals. In the current negative environment it is perfectly rationale to expect a Share Price decline. It is not manipulation, it is the market operating as it should.
