The 4.3mil of material WKT has saved still has to be moved, Even at $4 per tonne it works out at US$17mil of excavation costs. @Farmdownsouth any thoughts on the current mining costs for hard rock?

Think of it this way, if WKT saves US$17mil during the first three years by not moving this material, they will be paying Gemcorp 1/3 (Say $5.6mil as a bonus) Once Gemcorps agreement is finished, poor shareholders will then have to pay for the mining and for the waste to be removal.

The only winner here is Gemcorp, Didn't someone say that they were the ones who assisted WKT in coming up with the new 3 year plan?

how is this a great outcome for shareholders when they are already paying Gemcorp 19% in interest and have paid them millions in fees now you have this overburden issue to face in year 4 onwards.?
