Weakness is nearly all attributable to options in my view. Traders who bought in with no plan to exercise are dumping while option holders who don't have capital to exercise are doing same. I count myself as a big believer in FND, and many like me have already used all available capital for options exercise and not in position to buy more, so from a personal view the price tanking in run up to Thursday makes perfect sense, with excess supply of options in run up to expiry.
