The asset ownership hasn't been transferred yet. WHC's EV has been shrinking QoQ since the $400 days despite lower realised coal prices. At $6 it tagged historically cheap valuations for the existing thermal assets (2nd cheapest ever from memory). It is simply re-rating back to a more appropriate valuation against peers (especially NHC) now that the mrkt has some clarity on direction & use of the cash.
