I would imagine she strikes like a hawk, make a low ball offer to say $2.50 to start with to take out all weak holders
then buys as many shares as possible on market for $2.51 or so
then partner / other party emerges who knows may be SQM comes back (something similar to AZS)
and they able to compete for >$3
we get bought buy $3.10
