The amount of U EXT had at time of T/O was many many multiples of what PEN has. The production figures EXT was going for was 10m+lb/pa. Quality management knew what they were doing and how to extract the U. EXT was/is a beast compared to little ol' PEN hence the Chinese (who don't think about the next 5-10 years but the next 50-100 years) bought EXT
