They certainly don't have the money, and will find it VERY hard to borrow the money. And they won't be needing the ore anyway as they haven't built a plant - a loan for that now completely out of the realm of possibilities.
Time for A11 to put an end to that offtake agreement and seek one from a legitimate processor IMO.
