My take is simply this: China is very focused on its New Economy' the green economy, NEVs, smart manufacturing etc. Where China goes, others follow. Rare earths are not cheap. Rare earth demand is rising. Lynas is in rare earths, independent supply chain non existent without Lynas. Atm, China rare earth industry is in flux, big changes, consolidation, increasing production, govt inspections, setting up for the Big Demand post recession etc etc. So yes, price volatility. Regardless, longer term, rare earths is where it's at, Lynas is where it's at. This is my opinion.
