I didn't say there is not a place for JB at Sayona. But it's absolutely not at the top position. Neither he or the bod have a clue on what it means to run a PUBLIC company.
For example, they could have put out an announcement to reassure the market that we are not going the CXO route, nor are we going into C & M. They haven't bothered, and the shorts are tricking the market and the mum and dads into selling out of SYA even further.
Now as for JB himself, I have said it before and I will say it again, I don't listen to what someone says, I watch what they do.
JB's history as a CEO is full of mediocrity.
JB is talking, but he's not walking the walk. A competent CEO would have never let the corporate governance slip by the wayside because that's the one thing that's damaging to market and shareholder confidence in the company and in the bod.
Now tell me, what do they (being JB and bod) have planned for 2024 and what incentive do they have for achieving those goals?
