You have a chat after the AGM with a muppet from the Sesame Street Gang and you think his telling you openly the truth the whole truth an nothing but...geezez some people really need to look at his achievements and the company's his been involved in and then look at how many shares his obtained throughout his tenure at those company's and how much he actually put in compared to how many freebies were obtained....in my world the saying goes if you dont put in you dont take out...in JB's world apparently its do nothing and take as much as he can scenario and thats just the start of a seemingly great lifestyle.
He may well be a good bloke but I hold him and the current board titalky responsible for the position the company is currently in...they have served us up on a platter to the A Wipes through their complete incompetence and when assessing their credentials to take this company to the next level that on comes back as Fail Fail Fail so it really isnt any wonder that the Sesame Street Gang lost Altura.
Which reminds me this is the same bloke JB/B1 that whilst in charge of Altura raised cash telling all their shareholers everything was Rosey and they needed the injection of cash for exploration and it would give them a great opportunity to improve their balance sheet and put the company Altura in a strong financial position got the required funds and got his freebies and a raise out of it and within a few months Altura was gone...hey but did the Sesame Street Gang lose anything no way they did all the investors who continued to pour money into the company believibg JB/B1 that the company was as strong as ever were the only ones to lose millions an millions of their hard earned all off the back of the same man who's incompetence lost Altura and if he was worth his salt he should have been way smarter when signing deals that eventually seen their Demise...I'll say it again the current BoD's call them what you want, but onething or maybe two things you cannot call them...the first being Compentent Enough because that has clearly been shown with the way they have gone about their business in the basic requirements of running a billion dollar company and their Failures... the other thing you cannot call them is Professional high end Executives able to take this company to the next level and gee haven't even mentioned the huge elephant in the room "the conflict of interest" the market see's this as a big blunder and is acting accordling...but hey lets keep the Sesame Street Gang together so we all have huge Tax Write Offs in the future or maybe we might get someone who is compentent and not derelict in their duty to shareholders and take this company to to the next level its capable of getting to now that would be a nice change in direction one would think, or hope.
