Depending on detail MOU with Saudi joint venture structure if they fund majority of mine development cost put SRN very good position should trading higher market capital. Advantage with doing deal with Saudi they don't worry building vanadium processing plant like AVL or TVN make Victory bore vanadium economical viable in my opinion. Have to wait until announcement is released.
