The test will be whether she signs up permanently after having a look. Obviously the politics is a big concern for her (and anyone else they approached who turned them down).
A permanent role and a large on market purchase of shares would be a good sign of confidence. Although going by the current directors I can't see anything more than the bare minimum purchase to comply with employment conditions.
If she turns down a permanent role ....... well let's hope she doesn't.
