Hard to be upset about the share price but if you're going to over an 8% discount to the share price, you should do better by existing shareholders than a 1.5M share purchase plan. 7% of the total raise.
Not happy at all with this. I've been with Ampella for 2 years. I'm a loyal shareholder and have been well rewarded for it. But Ampella just gave away 8% in value in this raise and we shareholders should have been better rewarded.
