Am I correct, this is nothing to do with product sales, it is just a new revenue stream of IP and co-development?

I am being a bit lazy here but I did not read of 'IP' sales on the roadmap. Presso, were all about the product line manufacture and sales and distributor hunt and getting this FDA clearance to market in all doctors' surgeries.

I have little idea how to price a $20mill IP / dev agreement onto a $40 mill market cap manufacturer.

My gut tells me the price is still way unders right now. That is, before the notorious 7 cent cap raise we were comfortably between 10 and 11 cents - as an emerging manufacturer. Adding this sugar hit, surely puts us WAY over 10 to 11 cents. But how to value? I cant trade this share. But I sure can sit and hold.
