When someone farms in they buy WI% or they buy shares in the holding company.
Once we have a JV partner selling any extra after that becomes problematic as there will be pre emptive rights for the JV partners.

IVZ could have announced 300m net pay but if it doesn't flow then it means 3/5 of sfa.
I find it comical to be honest posters here claiming what the flow rates will be given there is probably another ~ 700m of drilling in to the unknown yet they TD still in gas.
IF they only have logs to 3500m then its likely 1000m.
Could be 5m net pay could be 500 .......who knows?

I don't think bitcoin investors are exploratory oil and gas investors on the whole.
