consolidation and soph cap raise on the way
spp who knows, probably, but market cap will likely drop so that strategic equity can placed at best opportunity price
market cap to possibly half before equity placements
consolidation so that those in the know can get their capital out without dramatic impacts to sp/mc before the crash on cap raise announcement
probability is high I believe due to the delays and the likely move to more commercial inclined funding
