As I understand it, NKL cancelled the option agreement with the vendors of Cosmos.
However, NKL have actually acquired the Dalli project. The last installment made to the vendors was in Dec 2023. Sale agreement terms are below. The 4 million shares were issued to the Vendor on 17/10/22 as part of the agreement.
Is that your understanding? If so, can that mean there is more confidence in Dalli than Cosmos.
