I like the size of the tenements and location - specifically the Adzope area (nice geophys anomalies with REE potential) and I like anything near the greenstone belt with its highly prospective gold targets.
I try to not get too caught up with historical alluvial workings as the energy environment for some of these deposits can transport gold further than one would expect! But having said that - CDV is a prolific producer of both hard rock and alluvial gold - these tenements will have exposure to both IMO.
