I also would like to say thanks for all your research that you have been happy to share.
You have alerted me to many facts about this company, its neighbors, and also major shareholders that although being in long term I wasn't aware of.

and the bit of advice you posted a while ago that I have pasted below (hope you don't mind) is very VERY valuable guidance to anybody who wants to build a stake in a company that they have researched.
