They merged with Webcentral which is a domains/web services business.
The Group has recently sold 66% of the domains business for $115m cash and changed its name back to 5GN.
So 5GN is now the original 5GN Data Centre / Infrastructure company but also now owns 33% of the domains business and $75m cash after paying out its debt (debt free).
