Oh I think you would be quite surprised by my financial, governance and indeed board experience. The issue as I see it, is people on/in this forum trying to give the perception that this is in substance a 50:50 JV, and it's not. We have one poster referring to a conversation he had with a board member about a shareholders agreement and on the other hand gloating about how impossible it would be to get this information verified. But only he knows the substance of the shareholders agreement (based on conversation with board member). he has even gone as far as saying he wants an apology from me because if just don't believe him- this is laughable. The same poster appears to expects everyone here to believe him, and takes snippets of messages on the forum as if he's proving a point. I couldn't care less about what he thinks or what he posts, but I don't want anyone misleading the market as what is public ally available is a 75:25 JV arrangement (shareholders agreement or not). As regards the JV having to come to an agreement for a particular course of action- this is true, but it is within the structure of the board and we know that is 75:25.
