To be honest if you fail to understand the concept of a JV and the basic fact that shareholdings do matter, you shouldn't be investing. Espousing inexperienced theories- that's laughable. Something isn't theory when it's published on the ASX- 75:25 is the ownership structure (it's fact). What isn't fact is a ' I had conversation with such and such and he mentioned blah, blah ,blah). That's Espousing theories.
