Low density technology, needs more volume and weight. Most car companies are moving in the opposite direction, weight reduction and maximum usable space to minimise the size.
The current technology is EV, no doubt the way of the next 10 to 15 years as tooling cost dictates a slower change in technology uptake.
I agree change will come, but the billions spent to get us where we are means spod and Lithium Hydroxide will corner the market for the life of Wolfsburg.
