The repayment of the debt was part of the transaction. They received $107M cash after the debt was paid out. I expect they will have a tax bill for this transaction too though.
Pretty wild the company is valued on market at $77M with over $100M in the bank, no debt, 33% of a business they just sold for $165M and a server hosting business with EBITDA of $4M. This includes a load of fiber in the ground too.
One of two things happen from here. They either spend this cash quickly or company will be taken over.
